Mental Vitamins

The human soul usually esteems the mind as very core and importance of living in quality and happiness. I feel likewise, that the mind is indeed a gift we need to carefully nurture and use only for the good of our lives as well as to serve the community in love.
From young, I understand that the endearing parents will love to enjoy the mental brillance that the baby mind is accustomed to grow and develop on. The first few words of baby babble is also close and lovely to the heart of the family, and indeed takes some ingenius inspiration to procreate. Then puzzles, patterns and associations take place as the baby develop well through psycho-motor talent and language-gesture recognition. Every smile on a baby face is like a impression of brillance and correctness on the part of the young mind learning ideas of values.
At the schooling age, the mind comes to understanding systematic learning, logic, reasoning and conceptual understanding and is able to comprehend wisdom for life. Mental development is intensive and thus, the concept of intelligent, creativity and wisedom is enhanced and nurtured. Of cause, a good lifestyle and good impression from the surroundings lead to better education for the mind. I feel earnestly that a good lifestyle and certain correct decision are fundamental for the fine tuning of the mind. From here, mental acuity like trust, faith, categorization, heuristics, evaluation, rationality, practicality, pragmatism, emotion, love and interpretation are carefully moulded and ethically used in life situations. An academic joy is the refinement of mental clarity and precisement that gives the mind agility and talent. Well, training takes years, a dedicated heart, and a melodious intention for God's goodness.
An adult will probably have about ninety percent of his mind formed and while capacity is about optimum, the intuition for wisdom still have space for the correct life contemplation. At a certain age, I guess wisdom is more important for life in general than intelligence alone, while a good intelligence faithfully assist wisdom treading. Well, to be mentally good, life's pattern must be understood and the correct attitude and action for each daily event taken in good faith. Vitamins may come from recreation leisure, life training, literature, daily assessment, and re-education. Singing, playing a good instruments, composition, writing, drawing, computer designing, mathematical puzzles, study, prayer and constructive conversation are indeed nutrition to sustain mental functioning. For this, a good discipline to keep hygiene and morally blessed are like the foundation for good activities to correct, refine and nurture mental clarity and cleanliness. The old people does have to dedicate about a good percentage of time to harness mental resilence, for constructive service and building is the faithful path for longevity. Now, let's thank God for the riches of life's activity we have in our potential to keep the mind in good service.
