Business Development and Partner's Ethics

My small e-commerce entreprise initially has a fragrant start, that feels the breeze of dawn, and God did gave me a promising vision. I understand my life, as a child who is born with a good and innocent heart, that has a guiding conscience that has been a beacon of light through adverse times. Some moments has lit up a mild morning glory, while some has been lessons learnt for improvement. Now, as a rekindling hope of light, a Brian who have faced many sad setbacks in his life, respectfully hope for a kind revival of success in his life, for Brian is already an adult, and soon have to depend on himself for survival. This entreprise is an enlightened vision that has a altruistic aim to promote the ray of sunshine that literature hopes to bless upon mankind.

I initially found a partner with some entrepreneurship understanding, after a trying time of parter lobbying. He have some fine ideas about my business plan, and some concerted assistance to improve upon this valuable project. We did some basic exchange of ethical viewpoint, that ia aided through a supporting understanding of each other's background, and we decided to do some profiteering work for a good cause.

As time passes, my partner pulled out of my project due to some of his reservation, though we did established a rapport, and that is an assuring trust. We did help each other in understanding the business field and how to conduct partner relationship ethically, through beginner's heuristics. While I admit we are like little buds in this field, we did established a few keynotes. Firstly, every partner's intention, decision and action has to be communicated to the other partner. One of the ethics is to keep committed to each other, in supportive and authentic unity, and to benefit each other as value creators in this community. The venture includes doing the framework and conceptualising first, and to do the least committal actions sequential wise for a steady and leisurely progression in grace, that is understandably and prudentially correct for a student with many common responsiblities, to family and studies.

Well, while we established this bonding, the dissolution of this partnership actually left both of us on good grounds, for he benefited from my ethical display and I learnt something worthwhile about being in a partnership. that treading the course reveals a learning grace that inspirational entrepreneurs like Bill Gate advocate. I am young, humble and I am willing to learn. At present, the interesting situation is that I am alone on this venture, with my mother's support as a base, and the ethical forward directive is to continue on this project with care instilled in quality management, while sourcing for a dynamic partner who can humanistically protect and advance this business "flower" as a flow of life for literature. Patience and quality may be the brew for success for me.
