A nostalgic gathering of secondary school friend

Time was sweet on Friday afternoon, when my Mum came home to visit us with a new song album, Canon in D, by Johann Panachel. Well, this song is an enlivened moment of enchantment, and the accordance of this song rings a tune of familiarity in my heart, for this is my brother's favourite song. At the same time, Canon is the name of my Goddess, Kuan Yin, whose name is the name of Kanon in Japanese. For this, the song Canon, is a golden remix of life and joy.

By the time I left home and reached Sim Lim Square to meet my friends, the time is about six plus. I waited for a while, then decided to call my friends to enquire about their whereabouts, before we did some coordination to arrange a meeting of friends together and by the time of seven plus, we finally have a seat at Kuan Yin's restaurant, a vegetarian selection of healthy gourmet. We chit chat about the various events of life, like national service, like university, like a simple job after graduation, and my joy is being able to go to my friend's graduation next year to be a congratulating witness of three years of good work. I am glad, for my friend, Wenchang, is a good and faithful family man, with consistent well to do performance. Honestly, I am like a hare while he is a tortoise, and at this moment, he is going to graduate early than me on a more rhythmic process. Laughters' true here, for I am with Wenchang, and competition does not matter.

The good benefit of being at Kuan Yin's restuarant is that I am promoting a healthy diet to my friends, and I hope they catch on the vegetarian infection. In this, I hope for my friend to be safe and to be able to keep on in longevity. Most of them are doing well. While my friend may not be academic champion, I understand from their moral integrity and the ability to understand life's wisdom, that they do have a good slice of the economic pie, and at this moment, the little hare Brian is considered trailing them, as my friends will graduate first. Life has a way of telling unique stories, and for this, I comprehend the importance of friendship, whether they are ahead of you or needing your help at the moment. Life is a journey we got to keep on, and the essence is to cruise to a winning position together. Likewise, a feel of a Serangoon Junior College friend, whose name is Sundaran, currently in Canada for studies, does rings a promising tune of success even when he is benchmarked with Hwa Chong students, due to his consideration for virtues and to assist people whenever possible. A broad view of the student matrix has shown that studies is only a factor and a supplement, while life wisdom is the real gem.
