Livers are compassionate about life, and often live life to the maximum potential. Livers are normally eloquent talkers, taking positive actions always, and are always empathetic about life. A good example is of two runners, one who finish about a good distance before the other. A liver will either cheer him on to finish the last lap, or will even run alongside the other runner as an encouraging effect for the finishing touch.
Today, I wish to discuss about a paradigm concerning judgement and compassion. While life deems that reality is in need of both judgement and compassion, through a careful understanding, we find that the soft, graceful and potential-harnessing people often choose compassion instead of judgement. This is a classical example. When a two years old baby chooses to walk but fall down, the parents often have two choices. The first choice is to encourage the child to walk again and even hold the hand for a guided walk, and now, this enacts the feel of compassion. The second choice is simply to mention, "Baby dear, you cannot walk yet," and this is judgement. Pause for a while, and feel what is the effect between the two reaction. Compassion actually refines and encourages growth, while judgement simply limits the baby not to walk for that moment. Well, I hope you choose wisely. Now, to a issue closer to students heart. A teacher who have compassion for a student's talent is likely to develop a student who shines like an achiever star, while a limitation judgement may prevent the student from going the extra mile to improve himself. This is emphasized exactly to the same effect for a boss and worker model. I guess the world needs more of compassion, and less of judgement, and this is more soothing to people's feeling and rhythmes in more with the passion of life. Trust a liver to be nurturing and guiding, for compassions moulds the loving heart for excellence. Make excellence your way of life, and we can watch a field of starry sky glows harmoniously under the umbrella of compassion.
