For a man who is in the pink of health, his mind is stable, and his heart is peace and bliss. This is a treasure that many take for granted. As layers of stone build the foundation, the development of self improved until the pinnacle, which is the icing of the cake, before a golden sunset. For those well, take each day with gratitude for health is a blessing.
A mental patient has his foundation jeopardised, and the layers of development after this is delicate and the equlibrium is not as secured. The pyramid will not be as high, atlas to keep the balance. As a mental patient view reality, there is a sense of insecurity in the very easy and secure things of life. This may just seem to be an unstartling effect, but when a mental patient interact with others, sometimes small things unwisely put may create great sense of fear and insecurity in them. Sigh, I feel for the mental patient, as a recovering man myself. While I, with a good lifestyle, still have a good lifestyle, I understand a mental patient may never in his lifetime have the bliss of a non-mental patient. This is a sad reality, though there is always the moon by night, and comfort by compassion that will lead the life of the needy.
